This paver calculator divides your patio area by the size of a single paver to work out how many you need, then adds a waste percentage for cuts, breakage and future repairs.
It works for any rectangular paver — just enter the paver’s length and width in inches (or centimetres) and the patio’s dimensions in feet.

How the number is calculated
patio area = length × width
one paver = paver L × paver W
exact = patio area ÷ one paver
buy = exact × (1 + waste%) (round up)
